The Partnering Group (TPG) is excited to welcome Luis Ratto as a Partner in our Retail Practice in Brazil.   Luis Ratto brings over 20 years of experience in category management, strategic planning, purchasing, market development, and commercial operations, having worked at leading companies such as RD Saúde, Adidas, Sadia/BRF, and Niasi Cosméticos across B2B and B2C segments.   Luis brings a unique profile to TPG with his experience on both sides of the business. On the Supplier side, he led product development and marketing plans at major consumer goods companies. On the retail side, he spent 12 years at Brazil's leading pharmacy retail chain, heading teams in category management, purchasing, operations planning, and new business development — bringing a rare and comprehensive view of the entire value chain.   Throughout his career, Luis Ratto has led teams responsible for P&L management, product portfolio, market intelligence, supplier negotiations, and commercial strategy, driving multidisciplinary teams and business transformation projects.   Luis Ratto has a strong track record of success across several critical business processes between retailers and suppliers, e.g., Joint Business Planning, Category Leadership, Negotiation, Insight generation leveraging business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, IQVIA, and Close-Up.   Please join us in giving Luis Ratto a warm welcome to the TPG family! 👏 https://lnkd.in/epTmQ_xQ
