Last week, our US Alumni gathered at the Mars Newark office for a Lunch & Learn on Resilience, Embracing Change and the Challenger Mindset. The Mars community showed up for an honest, energising conversation about what it takes to lead through uncertainty. Moderated by The Marketing Academy Alumni Natalie Malone, panelists Joy Doyin Ogunneye, Anuj Chhabra and Khari Mpagazehe brought perspectives that were empathetic and practical. They spoke about building identity beyond any single organisation, leading by lifting the people around you and the personal side of navigating change.
