Huge thank you to the brilliant team at Mumbrella for partnering with The Marketing Academy at Mumbrella360 last week. What a fantastic event. Across two packed days, it was incredible to see so many TMA Alumni, Faculty, mentors and board members on stage, sharing sharp thinking on creativity, AI, transformation, brand, leadership and the future of marketing. But the partnership mattered for another reason too. Mumbrella helped us support a group of TMA Alumni currently navigating the job market after redundancy, opening up access to one of the industry’s most valuable rooms. That kind of practical support makes a real difference. Not just for the individuals in the room, but for the wider marketing community. Redundancy can knock confidence. It can also make brilliant people feel disconnected from the industry they’ve helped shape. Bringing people back into the room, around peers, ideas and opportunity, is exactly what community should do. A huge thank you to everyone from the TMA community who contributed on stage, including our Alumni, Faculty, mentors and board members across both days.
