The Mane Attraction (TMA) is a fast-growing clean beauty brand focused on natural hair, skin, and body care. Our mission is to help women feel confident and empowered through self-care rooted in holistic healing. As we scale, we’re looking for a Paid Ads Expert to join our marketing team and take charge of all things ads – from Meta and TikTok to Google. If you live and breathe e-commerce growth, ad strategy, and high-converting creative, we want to meet you. ✨ What You’ll Do: 🔹 Manage Paid Media Campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google. 🔹 Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns for prospecting and retargeting with a focus on performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR). 🔹 Analyze data daily and adjust strategy to scale what works and fix what doesn’t. 🔹 Work closely with our Content Team & Marketing Manager to request, review, and test high-performing ad creatives. 🔹 Monitor ad spend across platforms to ensure budget efficiency and growth goals are being met. 🔹 Report key insights, trends, and next steps weekly using visuals, benchmarks, and clear takeaways. ✅ What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience managing e-commerce ad accounts (DTC brands a plus). ✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. ✔ Strong understanding of media buying strategy, campaign structure, audiences, and attribution. ✔ Data-driven with an eye for creatives that convert. ✔ Experience with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, etc. ✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you’ll work closely with our internal marketing team. ✔ A growth mindset – we’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to test and scale. 🌟 Why Join TMA?
