"Better automate than never." Many of us have experienced it. A task starts small. "Let's just do it manually this time." Then the same task appears again tomorrow. And next week. And next month. Before long, the process that was meant to save time has quietly become the reason time disappears. Automation is rarely about replacing people. It is about replacing repetition. It frees teams to focus on solving problems, improving products, helping customers, and creating value instead of performing the same sequence of clicks over and over again. The best automation usually begins with a simple question: "Why are we still doing this manually?" Sometimes the biggest productivity gain is not working faster. It is eliminating the need to repeat the work at all. Better automate than never. #SoftwareEngineering #Automation  #SDLC #DeepWork #TechDebt
