The Heart of the Community Fund is continuing to drive real impact across the island of Ireland, with $550,000 awarded to 50 organisations in 21 counties, supporting initiatives that broaden access to education and innovative responses to social challenges.   An additional 10 organisations have received $50,000 grants to help build stronger, more resilient communities.
