Prevention Begins With Better Questions. For decades, fibroid research has largely focused on management after diagnosis. A prevention first approach asks different questions: • What biological changes occur before symptoms? • What signals emerge before structural growth? • What patterns increase future vulnerability? These questions may help shift research further upstream. The Hope Project exists to explore this earlier stage of the timeline and help build the foundation for future prevention focused research.
