What began with the demolition of the Jacksonville Landing in 2019 has evolved into a long-term, city-led effort to restore the St. Johns River as a defining public asset. Haskell has been a consistent partner in turning that vision into reality. The new Riverfront Plaza has begun to take shape at the former Landing site, where Haskell acted as Construction Manager at Risk and delivered Phase 1 on time and within budget in 2025, setting the tone for what disciplined, collaborative execution can achieve. Haskell is now leading Phase 2 of Riverfront Plaza and was recently awarded similar roles at Metropolitan Park and Shipyards West Park. Together, the three projects represent a coordinated transformation of Jacksonville’s downtown waterfront. Each space is designed to serve the community differently, but all are grounded in the same principle: reconnect the city to its river.
