We’re hosting a session in Frankfurt to explore how organisations can strengthen negotiation capability in an increasingly unstable environment. The session will focus on what shapes negotiation outcomes in practice before any formal discussion begins. We’ll look at how geopolitics, AI and competing commercial pressures are redefining the conditions in which decisions are made. 📍 Frankfurt 📅 17 June 2026 ⏱ 09:30–13:00 (with optional lunch) The conversation brings together three perspectives: • Alexander Bockisch on sustaining competitive position while protecting continuity in reshaped global supply chains • Tom Lorimer and Freddy Burgess on how AI is influencing negotiation behaviour - where it creates advantage and where it introduces risk • Sanjay Lamba, offering an OEM lens on balancing long-term procurement transformation with immediate pressures on cost, supply and stakeholders The aim is simple: practical, experience-led insight you can apply where it matters most in your negotiations.
