With over a decade at the company, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer and board member, Ann Marie brings strategic insight, creativity and commercial acumen to the role and is committed to driving growth and innovation across our client partnerships. Ann Marie succeeds Graham Botwright who leaves the business after 23 years of dedicated leadership.   Second, we’ve acquired Negotiation Academy Potsdam (NAP), Germany’s only university-affiliated negotiation consultancy. NAP brings academic rigour, AI-powered tools and a proven track record across sectors.
