Over the past year we’ve evolved to position what we do at the intersection of science, AI and the behavioural mastery of negotiation. It’s where our heritage meets what’s next, and the learning curve has been - and continues to be - steep and genuinely exciting. An important part of that journey is our partnership with PASSION LABS. Tom Lorimer, Nadine Kroher and the team bring an innovative blend of AI expertise, engineering rigour and commercial vision. They recently joined us at our Berkhamsted HQ for an immersive session with our teams, exploring how humans and AI can collaborate in negotiation. 🎥 Check out our mini-film for a taster. Alongside upskilling our own teams, we’re building a suite of AI-enabled solutions that support negotiators end to end. These include The AI Negotiator workshop, a C-suite diagnostic, an app designed to be a “consultant in your pocket,” and exploratory work on an AI Negotiation Brain. Each of these solutions are grounded in our proprietary methodology and enhanced with science and AI - so back to that intersection metaphor again. This may all sound quite complex.
