Building the FCG federal services bench. Two senior roles open. The First Call Group (FCG) — a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on mission-critical infrastructure and operational technology cybersecurity — is finalizing its GSA Multiple Award Schedule submission under Refresh 31 for engineering, integration, technical consulting, energy services, and Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services. I am building the bench. Two senior roles are open for named bench placement, structured as 1099 contingent partners engaged when specific federal engagements land. This is not a W-2 offer. It is a place on a federal services bench led by senior infrastructure and cybersecurity principals, with a defined path to billable engagements as awards come in. Senior Engineering Consultant — 12+ years in mission-critical infrastructure, data center power and cooling, systems integration, commissioning, or related disciplines. PE preferred. Federal customer experience valued. The work will involve independent design review, integration engineering, commissioning oversight, and energy services delivery in support of executive advisory engagements I lead personally. Senior Cybersecurity Consultant — 10+ years in federal cybersecurity, CMMC, NIST 800-171 / 800-53, operational technology cybersecurity (NIST 800-82, IEC 62443), or critical infrastructure protection. CISSP, CISM, CMMC-relevant credentials preferred. The work will involve readiness assessments, control implementation support, security plan and POA&M development, and senior cyber engineering reviews under the principal cybersecurity SME's oversight. If you are interested, please direct message me with a current resume and a one-line statement of why this role fits where you are. I will respond personally. — Jason L Agee Founder & Chief Executive Officer, The First Call Group, Inc. [email protected]
