Not every issue needs another meeting. Sometimes it needs a clearer decision frame. When the decision has not been defined properly, more discussion rarely fixes it. It usually creates blurrier ownership, muddled input, and shakier next steps. Before the invite goes out, pause and ask: What is the decision? Who owns it? What input is actually needed? What can be handled async? This carousel shares a simple rule of thumb for making meetings cleaner, faster, and more decision-ready. If nobody can name the decision in one line, the meeting is probably too early. Or unnecessary. Save it for the next leadership meeting that feels busy but oddly unclear. theexecmemo.co.uk #DecisionMaking #Leadership #B2BSaaS
