𝐖𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞... One of the things we loved most about our first book club was having male perspectives in the conversation. Too often, conversations about gender equality can feel like an attack on men, or a suggestion that improving things for women means taking something away from someone else. Faye Allen challenges that idea. Improving culture, increasing diversity, and creating better workplaces doesn't just benefit women. It benefits everyone: Better teams. Better communication. Better collaboration. Better businesses.
