Congratulations to Star Award winners, Lauren Attwood, Resus Nurse, and Katherine Laidler-Ball, Medical Devices Manager 👏 Lauren and Katherine were nominated by a colleague, who said: "Lauren and Katherine have worked incredibly hard over the past 10 months to gain approval to implement a Trust-wide replacement of the defibrillator fleet to ensure CCC has the best life saving equipment possible. They have successfully deployed and implemented the new defibrillators across all CCC sites over a period of 2-3 weeks with Lauren also working tirelessly to hit the target of 80% of staff (approx. 750 people) being trained on the new equipment. With all the obstacles that they had to overcome in 10 months, they never lost determination or sight of the end goal, and the Trust will massively benefit from their success.” Thank you, both, for your fantastic work and commitment to keeping everyone at CCC safe 💚
