🚀 “What makes a great leader? Authority… or the ability to listen?” I recently revisited one of my favorite TED Talks: Simon Sinek’s “Why good leaders make you feel safe”. In just a few minutes, he explains how true leadership isn’t about being the smartest person in the room, but about creating an environment where people feel safe to contribute, take risks, and grow. 👉 For me, this is exactly what I see when I coach young and middle managers: Many are brilliant technically, but struggle to build that circle of safety. The real transformation happens when they shift from “managing tasks” to “leading people.” That’s why I designed my coaching method with a human-centric approach — helping managers develop not just efficiency, but also empathy, resilience, and trust. If you haven’t seen the talk, it’s worth your time: https://lnkd.in/dUp8WRt ➡️ What about you? When you think of your best manager, was it their expertise or the way they made you feel that left the biggest impact? #Leadership #Coaching #HumanCentricLeadership #PeopleFirst #ManagementDevelopment #YoungLeaders
