🔵 Strengthening The Charly Method : bringing Coach tools to our method ! To deepen and strengthen the value brought through The Charly Method, I’m excited to share that I am starting the Transformational Leadership & Coaching program at Mons University. More information here : https://lnkd.in/eKpPYVC4 This program aligns perfectly with our HUMAN framework — especially with: H — Hear Actively : Coaching requires listening beyond words. It’s about understanding perspectives, emotions, and underlying motivations. N — Nurture Growth : Unlike mentoring, where solutions often come from experience, coaching helps the coachee unlock their own path forward. Growth becomes co-created, not transmitted. Why this matters for The Charly Method ? My work so far has relied heavily on the mentor posture: ✔ sharing experience ✔ guiding through real-world lessons ✔ giving structure and operational clarity This remains a core strength. But to support deeper transformation — whether personal, team-based, or organizational — I want to provide a more complete toolkit, integrating both roles: 🟦 Mentor → brings expertise, shortcuts, patterns, experience 🟧 Coach → brings empowerment, co-creation, self-driven insights These two roles are not opposites; they are complementary. Together, they amplify the impact The Charly Method can have on humans, teams, and leaders. This training is the next step toward offering a richer, more holistic support model — fully aligned with the HUMAN philosophy.
