In finding your desired role, you have a couple of options: To start with, traditional recruiters are great if you want to move to the same role in the same industry, in the same country and if they have a job order on your profile. As you may notice there are a lot of “ifs”, because most of the time they don’t have an order matching your profile and / or you may want to do something different than what you have done so far. For example if you want to go to the next job level, to a different industry, a different country or something completely different—traditional recruiters generally cannot help you and that’s because they work on a profile matching principle. On top of that, recruiters work for and are paid by the employers, protecting their interests first, typically having 3-6 other-than-you candidates, whereas we work for you—the individual executive, and we are paid by you—protecting your interests first.
