For Erin Schnerch, CPHR, Senior Manager for Learning & Development at The Brick, it starts with creativity and a passion for helping teams grow through learning. Erin shares, “I’ve been with The Brick, on the HR team, since February 2007. One of the things that excites me most about my role is the variety and the endless opportunities to create meaningful learning content for our team members. We get to be creative and innovative, providing tools that truly support growth and development.
