This week, the Audit Office hosted the State Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) Leadership Forum 2026, bringing together chairs and members of ARCs from across the sector at NSW Parliament. The forum provided a valuable opportunity to explore key issues shaping the public sector, share insights, and strengthen connections across the audit and risk community. This session had a particularly strong focus on the use of AI in government agencies, as well as evolving area of climate assurance reporting.
