The Argonauts is a community of conscious leaders learning to navigate the complexity of the present and future together — entrepreneurs, executives, founders and changemakers from across the globe who sense that the old maps no longer hold. From 18 to 20 September 2026, we meet in Zandvoort for The Wilderness Gathering — three days at the equinox, on the dunes by the sea, with 40 like-hearted souls. Not a conference. Not a retreat in the usual sense. A collective inquiry, held by experienced facilitators, with practices drawn from somatic work, council, ceremony and time in nature. Last year's Gathering was about reflection and reconnection — the inner work of remembering who we are. This year we go further. We step into the wilderness to listen for what the world is asking of us next, and how we are called to respond.
