Architecture is redefined daily as multidisciplinary. The Architects' Resourcery repositions us for relevant purpose.

In Memoriam: Arc. Chief Olufemi Adetokunbo Majekodunmi, FNIA PPNIA PPUIA (1940–2026) The built environment profession in Nigeria and across the globe mourns the passing of Arc. Femi Majekodunmi—a luminary, a past President of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (PPNIA), and a past President of the International Union of Architects (PPUIA). His career was a masterclass in purposeful design. From his early days as the 10th president of the Nigerian Institute of Architects to his landmark tenure leading the UIA (the first African to hold that role), Majekodunmi was relentless in his pursuit of excellence. He understood that architecture in the tropics was not merely imported ideology but a dialogue with climate, culture, and community. Beyond his celebrated projects (including the iconic St Nicholas House and numerous corporate headquarters), his greatest structure was the one he built within the profession itself—a framework of integrity, mentorship, and global relevance. We have lost a patriarch, but his blueprint remains. #Architecture #FemiMajekodunmi #NIA #UIA #NigerianArchitects #DesignLegacy #BuiltEnvironment
