Drones are playing an increasingly important role in urban airspace, bringing new coordination and safety challenges. Thales has been selected by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), alongside Deeeplabs to deploy a new drone traffic management platform based on TopSky - AstraUTM. The solution will support the safe integration of drones into Singapore’s airspace through a single platform combining registration, authorization, and real-time operational monitoring. This project brings together Thales’ aviation expertise and Deeeplabs’ local digital capabilities to support the development of Singapore’s drone ecosystem.
