Tom Gordon ’97 co-founded Slim Chickens in 2003 with borrowed money, maxed-out credit cards and a chicken recipe perfected in a friend’s garage. Today the fast-casual chain spans nearly 400 locations across 32 states, with more than 70 stores in the UK alone. “I believe in leadership and taking care of people and doing the right things,” said Gordon, a TCU Neeley School of Business alum. “But in some ways, I still don’t know how we pulled it off.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/gw5DifMJ
