At Teva, we believe that change starts with bringing the right people together to tackle challenges head-on. On June 24, we reached a major milestone on Capitol Hill, hosting a briefing to advance the National Dialogue on Schizophrenia, an initiative that, for more than two years, has united people living with schizophrenia, care partners, clinicians, advocates and policymakers across the U.S. to improve care. During the event, David Gardiner Teva’s Senior Vice President and Head of Global Innovative Medicines, Eric Smith, Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health, Lydia Dean Cooper, CPS, ADHD-PC of Mental Health Partnerships, Congresswoman, Andrea Salinas, Co-Chair Mental Health Caucus, Ray Merenstein, Executive Director of NAMI Colorado and Susan Labovich, Virginia Caregiver Advocate, discussed the critical, often-overlooked complexities of living with schizophrenia, and what it means for Teva to support patients and the entire community through innovation and greater access to treatment.   The summit also featured Gordon Lavigne, CEO of the Schizophrenia & Psychosis Action Alliance and Robert Cotes of the American Association for Community Psychiatry who announced the National Collaborative on Schizophrenia, helping move the conversation from dialogue to action. This work reflects what it means when we say #WeAreAllInForBetterHealth. It’s about more than the medicines we develop — it’s about the partnerships we build, the voices we bring together, and the conversations we help advance to improve outcomes for people living with complex medical conditions. #Schizophrenia #TevaPharm
