Comment your answer before reading more! 👇 These are remotely controlled vehicles (RCVs) developed by Hydro Products, which was part of Tetra Tech in the company’s early days.  Tetra Tech developed and manufactured various underwater viewing systems, instruments, and sensors. The vehicles were highly maneuverable underwater TV camera systems, and some could operate at depths greater than 13,000 feet.
