👋 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗮 Today, we would like to introduce Mariia Danilova, Talent Manager at T.I.S. GmbH | Testing & Inspection Services Mariia is responsible for recruitment projects for our clients and supports the development of people processes within the organization. She helps connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities across the energy sector. 💡 What has been your most challenging project? Professionally, leading a global transformation project within an international corporation and helping to implement change as smoothly as possible. We all know that people rarely enjoy change, yet it is often necessary. I was proud to be part of the team driving those changes forward. Personally, moving to Germany with my husband and two children in 2019 was a life-changing experience. Starting a completely new chapter in a new country required courage, adaptability, and resilience and today we are grateful to be here. 🎓 What was the most demanding qualification you've completed? Becoming an ICF-certified coach in 2021. The seven-month certification program was completed alongside a full-time job, remote work during COVID, and homeschooling. Despite the challenges, it strengthened my passion for supporting people in their personal and professional growth. ⚖️ How do you maintain balance? I value our flexible hybrid working model, which allows me to enjoy both collaboration in the office and focused work from home. My daily routine; morning yoga, meditation, and walks with my dog helps me stay energized and balanced. 🌍 Favorite travel destinations? Having visited more than 45 countries, two places stand out: Iceland – for its breathtaking nature and unique landscapes. Uzbekistan – for its culture, history, architecture, and incredible food and People!   🚀 What are your ambitions for the next three years? To support the continued growth of T.I.S. GmbH, contribute to the development of our services and internal processes, pursue an additional certification in HR Management, and continue expanding my career coaching practice to help more people become aware of and actively shape their professional development. 🎭 What are your main hobbies or interests outside of work? I love culture and the arts, and I’m fortunate to live in Berlin, a city full of inspiring opportunities. I enjoy visiting theatres, operas, museums, and creative art spaces. I also love dancing, and my latest discovery is Solo Jazz Dance. 📚 Favorite book? My latest discovery and source of inspiration is "Siddhartha" by Hermann Hesse. It is a timeless story about personal growth, self-discovery, and finding one’s own path.
