In 2025, Tessenderlo Group achieved a 30% reduction in Lost Time Injuries and Medical Treatment Injuries compared to previous years. Our safety performance improved for the third year in a row. These results are the outcome of a clear Group safety roadmap for 2025–2027, built on five priorities: • Visual communication to make risks and rules visible • Leading indicators to act before incidents happen • Self‑assessment to strengthen ownership at every level • Safety rules that are clear, practical, and enforced • Safety dialogues that encourage speaking up and stepping in Across Tessenderlo Group, teams translate this roadmap into daily actions, identifying risks early, reporting near misses, and stepping in when something is not right.
