We are pleased to share that Luoto Energia and Gasgrid Finland have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore how Luoto Energia’s planned e-methane (e-NG) project in Rauma could connect to Finland’s national methane transmission network. The cooperation marks an important milestone for the project and supports the development of renewable gas infrastructure in Western Finland. 🇫🇮 A connection to the national gas grid would enable renewable synthetic methane to reach industrial users across Finland and Europe, strengthening energy security, supporting industrial decarbonisation, and helping accelerate the transition to low-carbon energy.
