Leadership is about more than sharing knowledge; it’s about investing in the next generation.   As part of the 2026 Summer Internship Program, Terumo’s interns recently participated in a meet-and-greet with two of Terumo Medical Corporation’s senior leaders: Chairman & CEO Katsu Honda and President & COO Jim Rushworth.   During the discussion, Katsu and Jim shared their career journeys, leadership perspectives, and lessons learned throughout their careers.
