Recently, members of Terumo’s WIN (Women’s Initiative Network) and RISE (Respect, Inclusion, Sensitivity, Equality) Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) joined senior leaders for an appreciation luncheon in recognition of their leadership, partnership, and impact across the organization.   As a small way to show appreciation for the time, energy, and commitment they bring to our culture and community, ARG members also had the opportunity to network, connect, and share perspectives with Terumo leaders.   At Terumo, we know creating a culture where associates feel heard, supported, and safe to be themselves is an ongoing commitment.
