Last week, we were pleased to welcome four members of Terumo’s Board to our sites in Belgium and Germany. Travelling from Tokyo, they spent time with our teams on the ground, visiting locations where growth is happening every day: at our European Distribution Center in Genk, Belgium, to our EMEA HQ and manufacturing plant in Haasrode, Belgium, and our operations in Germany. What stood out throughout the visit was the progress being made, but also the care behind it. Through gemba visits and “meet your Board member” sessions, colleagues had the opportunity to connect, ask questions and share their work directly. Across all sites, there was clear appreciation for the growth delivered so far and for the people who make it happen every day.
