I think we all know that sinking feeling. It's the one you get when you accidentally hit 'reply all'. The one when you accidentally delete that file you needed. But it's also the one that comes shortly after quickly wrapping up something important... ...something urgent... ...something that needed your password or credit card number... ...oh no. A SCAM. It can happen so easily within the hustle and bustle of the day so you need to stay sharp and keep an eye out. It's Scam Awareness Week this week and there is lots of great advice being released out there on how to spot a scam, how to avoid them and how to minimise the impact if you get tripped up. Our cyber engagement team has just released some comprehensive advice at the #unimelb cyber website - useful for everyone - and if you're staff or a student at unimelb be on the lookout for our upcoming phishing simulation, report it, and you could win a very cool prize. #unimelb #cyber #scamawarenessweek #SAW2025 https://lnkd.in/gth_h6VU
