Professional Development Update: After extensive field research in Paris, I’ve reached a conclusion that I feel obligated to share with my professional network. French beer is outrageously good. People always ask if travel expands your perspective. It absolutely does. Mainly your appreciation for countries that know how to brew beer. I’ll be returning to the U.S. with a broader worldview, unforgettable memories… and a dangerously high standard for what a good beer should taste like.
