The future of maritime surveillance is not only about seeing farther. It is about understanding faster. That was a key theme as our India team met with Sri Lanka Navy and maritime stakeholders in Colombo during an event organized by Elcome International LLC. Across the maritime domain, complexity is increasing. Low-signature targets. Unmanned systems. Asymmetric threats. Greater pressure on operators to act quickly and with confidence. In that environment, surveillance must do more than provide coverage. It must reduce ambiguity, support earlier understanding, and help decision-makers respond before situations escalate. The discussions in Colombo reinforced an important point: maritime security depends on strong partnerships, operational insight, and technologies that evolve with the threat environment. Thank you to Elcome International LLC, the Sri Lankan Navy, and all stakeholders for the valuable exchange. We look forward to supporting continued dialogue on safer and more resilient maritime environments.
