I recently had the pleasure of joining the NUS ECS x DSESC Career Day as a guest panelist. Together with other NUS Economics alumni, we shared our experiences working in our fields and tips on preparing for the job market. I also had the chance to talk about my life and work as a public sector economist in the Economist Service. Speaking with students and hearing their questions and concerns reminded me of the anxiety and uncertainty that I felt as a penultimate-year student just three years ago.
