I recently took part in the SOCAR Türkiye x Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI Bootcamp. It was an exciting two days! We went from learning new skills to building a working prototype very quickly. My team and I built a "Tax AI Agent" specifically for SOCAR’s Finance Department. Tax laws can be overwhelming, so we designed a solution to simplify them. The system takes daily questions like VAT status or withholding tax and instantly finds the correct regulations. It’s all about helping the finance team save time and avoid mistakes. A major highlight for us was the chance to present our solution directly to SOCAR's senior leadership. Presenting our work to such a distinguished jury and getting their feedback was an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to SOCAR Türkiye and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for this innovative event. It wouldn't have been possible without Duygu Ökesli Aydın, whose endless support and vision brought this idea to life. I also want to acknowledge Eren Akbaba for the excellent AWS training provided.
