What began with an apprenticeship as a toolmaker has grown into a diverse career across areas such as toolmaking, scheduling and work preparation – leading to his current role as Industrial Engineer. Over the course of more than four decades, Cedrik has continued to embrace new opportunities to develop: attending evening classes to qualify as a technician, becoming an Operational Excellence Expert and a Master Trainer.
