Our CEO, Dr. Christian Rebhan, recently took part in an Operational Excellence session hosted by Laboratorio Control in Spain. The event focused on sharing best practices, improving Lean methodology, and finding new ways to improve our laboratory processes. 🔬 He was joined by Eva-Aster de Gier, COO & Director OpEx; Javier Martinez del Rio, CEO of Grupo Tentamus Iberia; and Alberto Ramentol Codina, Operations Director of Tentamus Iberia. They also discussed how to further strengthen a culture of continuous improvement across the Tentamus network. One highlight of the session was the presentation of the 2025 Best Operations Project Award. Dr. Christian Rebhan gave the award to the Laboratorio Control team to recognize the great results they achieved with one of their OpEx projects. 🏆 The project showed how innovation, teamwork, and the KAIZEN philosophy can really help improve the efficiency and quality of laboratory processes.
