Cardio Tennis presented by Chemist Warehouse is more than just a fun fitness endeavour; it’s bringing people together and serving exercise as self-care. Briohny Lebbink from Macedon Tennis Club never thought she would be someone who’d play competitive tennis. As someone who had barely swung a racquet or stepped foot on a tennis court, the thought of competing always seemed a step too far.
