Most standards get easier over time. Ours got harder — and our Tianjin plant cleared the highest one.   One year after earning P3 Silver, Tianjin raced to P3 Gold, joining only three sites in APAC and becoming the third Clean Air plant globally to reach the standard we built to be hard on purpose.   But the milestone isn't the story. The mindset is.   When Tianjin earned Silver, they celebrated the (hard-to-achieve) win — and then they kept pushing. They found automation that sharpened operations. They caught safety improvements before they became problems. They used technology to take pressure off their teams.
