Play belongs to us all. Nearly 285 million people worldwide are blind or have low vision, yet most interactive experiences are still designed with sight as the default. At the Computer-Enabled Abilities Laboratory (CEAL), researchers and players are working together to change that. By translating visual information into audio and spatial cues, gameplay becomes navigable through sound. Players can explore environments, make decisions in real time, and move independently through digital spaces. Accessibility is not an add on. It is a design principle that expands who technology serves. Learn more about CEAL: https://lnkd.in/gYS5DcsX
