📣 Our 2025 Fairstainability Report is here. Transparency is not just a reporting exercise — it is how we hold ourselves accountable to the patients, people, and planet our work touches. This year's report shows both the progress we are proud of and the areas where we know we must keep improving. As Alissa Monk, our Fairstainability Lead, puts it: this level of transparency is meant to raise expectations across the industry and encourage more companies to embrace accountability as a driver of innovation and trust. Report highlights: 🌍Planet: We exceeded our climate targets for the second consecutive year, achieving a 65% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions intensity versus our 2021 baseline — well past our 50% goal. We also reached 200% plastic offsetting of unavoidable incineration waste through our partnerships with Seven Clean Seas and The Plastic Collective, and produced 96 MWh of renewable electricity. 🙌People: Our 240 employees across three facilities represent 27 nationalities. We maintained near gender parity, with 49% women across the company and 46% women in #leadership, and improved our Swiss LGBTI Label score by 14 points to 49/60. We also closed the year with a zero Serious Injury or Fatality record. 💉Patients: Growth in our capabilities — including the new VIVA2® facility in Visp, home to Line 2, Line 3, and our QC Microbiology labs — expands our capacity to deliver sterile solutions to the patients who depend on them, even as it raises the bar for our own environmental reporting. We also introduced a formal Code of Ethics covering anti-corruption, anti-bribery, responsible marketing, and whistleblower protection, and established our #PatientsPeoplePlanet Advisory Board to bring fresh perspectives to our sustainability strategy.
