🔬ten23 health obtains ATMP manufacturing GMP licenses for both its Basel and Visp facilities. We are pleased to announce that both our Basel and Visp sites have received ATMP manufacturing GMP licenses from Swissmedic, authorizing GMP sterile manufacturing and QC testing for clinical and commercial human use — covering oligonucleotide modalities including mRNA, siRNA, DNA, and antisense oligonucleotides. The two sites bring complementary strengths: 🟣Basel supports early- and late-phase formulation development, small-scale non-GMP manufacturing via Line 0, and GMP QC release and stability testing. 🟣Visp provides late-stage clinical and commercial sterile production and QC Microbiology, backed by its state-of-the-art scalability. A first oligonucleotide customer program is already in progress and advancing into clinical development. This milestone extends ten23's integrated sterile solutions — from drug substance to drug product, from concept to patient — into the next generation of therapeutics.
