We’ve been on an important journey to make our workplace even better for everyone, and a big part of that has been strengthening our focus on neurodiversity and universal design. Together with Vicky Little from the Little Neuroinclusion Agency, we’ve been learning more about neurodiversity, how to better support each other, and how we can make our processes, from hiring to everyday ways of working, more inclusive. It’s created space for open conversations and questions, which has been really valuable in building understanding across the team. At its heart, it’s about making sure people feel seen, heard, understood, supported, and able to do their best work.
