And just like that… we have reached Month 12 🥁🎉🥁 It is hard to believe this little series has come full circle. Looking back over the past 12 months of sharing lessons from my time as a Clinical Administrator, one thing has become clear: growth is not usually found in the big milestones. More often, it is hidden in the everyday interactions we can easily overlook. When I started this series, my hope was simply to document what I was learning from patients, colleagues, and management. Looking back now, I have realised those everyday experiences have shaped not only how I work, but also how I think, communicate, and approach challenges. I am grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every conversation, and every opportunity to grow. It is amazing how much can change when you choose to see each day as an opportunity to learn. Thank you for following along over the past 12 months. I hope these reflections have encouraged you to pause and recognise the lessons hidden in your own day-to-day experiences. If you have been following this series, I would love to know: which lesson has stayed with you the most? And if this is your first time here… What is one lesson your workplace has taught you recently? Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and make a difference - one interaction at a time 🥂 #LearningOnTheJob #ClinicalAdminJourney #ProfessionalGrowth #MonthlyReflections #CareerGrowth #GrowthMindset
