Yesterday, nearly 630 participants gathered at the UN to explore a topic that is both strategic and highly topical: professional transitions from international organizations to the Swiss private or public sector. A huge thank you to Natalyia and Rosa Ylimaula from UNOG for the flawless organization of the day, and to CAGI - Centre d'Accueil de la Genève Internationale for inviting TnP / Transition & Performance to deliver this workshop and for their continued trust. Special thanks as well to our amazing team — Grégoire, Anita, Marion— who were present throughout the day to share practical insights on skills transfer, networking, and career positioning. With a focus on the concrete use of AI and LinkedIn in a job search, along with a short introduction to TalentAI by TnP, your career companion.
