Enrollment is now complete in the Phase 2 OPTIMAL-PSMA investigator-initiated trial evaluating TLX597-Tx in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). TLX597-Tx is a novel PSMA-targeting small molecule radioligand therapy candidate designed to improve efficacy while supporting quality-of-life in earlier-stage prostate cancer. Thank you to Prof. Louise Emmett, the clinical trial team at St Vincent's Health Australia and, most importantly, the patients who participated in OPTIMAL-PSMA. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Prof. Emmett in OPTIMAL-E, a Phase 2 study evaluating the asset in the earlier-stage metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) setting. Together, these studies reflect Telix's strategy to build a differentiated prostate cancer therapeutic portfolio across multiple stages of disease, with TLX597-Tx complementing the Phase 3 TLX591-Tx program.
