What’s an Annual Report?   For Telia, it’s an opportunity to summarize our progress and priorities. And that includes some interesting numbers! 💡📈   Here are eight of our favorites from this year’s report (published on March 18): ● 0 – net greenhouse gas emissions (by 2040) ● 3 – strategic priorities (Grow, Simplify, Get it Done) ● 9.3 billion – free cash flow 2025 (SEK) ● 13% – take-back rate of used mobile phones from consumers for reuse or recycling (% equivalent of all phones sold in this segment) ● 25 million – subscriptions managed every day ● 30% – reduction in average query handling time by using AI to support our Finnish customer service ● 43% – share of females in senior leader positions ● 99% – 5G population coverage in our markets.   There’s much more to discover in the full report – check out the link in the comments. #telia #annualreport #betterconnectedliving
