Today, Telenor announces a simplified and sharpened organisational structure – designed to accelerate execution and support the long-term value creation strategy presented at our Capital Markets Day in November 2025. The four current Business Areas will be replaced by a more country-centric model. Nordic country CEOs will join Group Management directly, removing an organisational layer and ensuring that customer, market and financial perspectives are more closely reflected in decisions at Group level. This is about more than structure. It is about making Telenor faster, leaner and better positioned to deliver on our financial ambitions towards 2028 and 2030.
